Klappertaart
It use Dutch language (Klapper = Coconut), but…… it is an Indonesian traditional food . Its origin is from Manado, North Sulawesi, around 4 hour by air from Jakarta. If you still have no idea, it is in the same area with Bunaken, one of the most beautiful diving spot in Jakarta.
