On a fine Friday evening, we sat at a corner of Teras Kota’s corner: Kopitiam Auntie Li. In the middle is a large plaza, which is normally crowded at night. But it was 5pm on a fine December evening, the sun still high, and there are only 1-2 kids playing here and there.
